From the final point of the Spaceman case head towards the track. From there head towards the toward seen from the other side of the lake. You'll come to a bridge, head across towards town and then right. You'll see a ridge going upwards, head up and through the forest. You'll see a tent, head towards it to trigger the cutscene.
