Avion takes flight

Shadow of the Colossus PS4 has had you fighting a lot of ground opponents, not this time. Now you take on an aerial colossi named Avion. This isn't going to be easy.

When you enter Avion's lair get to any grounded area and gain Avion's attention by shooting an arrow at it. When it flies over to knock you down leap onto its flaps and grab on for the ride of a lifetime.

Avion has 3 weak points; 1 on each wing and 1 on its tail. It doesn't matter which to go after but the easiest is the tail, I recommend that one first. Once the symbol disappears head to the wings.

When stabbed Avion will either perform an aileron roll to knock you off, fly vertically, and flap its wings when hurt. Make sure you have enough grip to last the duration when you stab it, to regain grip head to the middle of Avion's body and wait for it to regenerate. Destroy both wings and the tail and Avion will fall.
