Have you considerd RSS feeds, it's a much easier way to stay updated.  I'm thinking of a RSS feed for the news, preview, review, feature and blog section.  It's not that necessary for the review section though.

we do have plans for the Feed feature. as you all know that currently we are trying to get few more important works done, we won't be able to start working on this immediately. but, this is a definite feature coming for NoobFeed Wink

Features under Feed:
1. Blog comments - The blog writer and the users who have commented on any blog.
2. Review comments -The review writer and the users who have commented on any review.
3. News comments - The News writer and the users who have commented on any News.
4. Forum quote – When a user gets his forum posted quoted by other user/s.
5. Forum announcements.
6. Competition announcement – Any new thread made by Admin at the NoobFeed Competitions board.

Feed preferences:
1. PM notification – On/Off
2. Email notification - On/Off
3. Feed tab under the Friend’s Blog tab. (Temporarily)

Thanks for bringing this matter up kelaidis and it's great to see Ron showing us some of the future RSS feed (I always wondered why there was so much space below my friends blog) Laughing

I've been thinking more in the line of a RSS feed for when you are not online, like so

For when you're offline.  Thats only a quick one, I'm supposed to be studying biology

But that space can be used for suscribed threads

uhm...for when you're offline, quickly want to check if there anything new in any of the sections.  Or busy in another site and don't want to go to noobfeed.
