Launching in the fall of 2012, Steam Greenlight has been immensely successful with 387 titles Greenlit and 166 titles released to date. With the list continuing to grow, it's easy to forget many of the games that have gained attention due to the communities support. The Novelist, Rogue Legacy, Papers Please, Kentucky Route Zero and The Stanley Parable are all included on the list of the many games now available on Steam after advancing through Steam Greenlight.
Fifty seems to be the typical amount of titles released in each batch. Yet again, this time around fifty titles have been Greenlit including Depression Quest, Earth: Year 2066 and The 7th Guest 3: The Collector.
As an interactive game, Depression Quest aims to spread awareness of mental illness wherein players attempt to manage the illness, relationships, work and treatment. Earth: Year 2066 is inspired by games like Fallout and Half-Life 2. Due to a nuclear war, players morph into a half zombie and attempt to find a safe place and survive. The 7th Guest 3: The Collector is the third game in the 7th Guest series. A horror game, players solve puzzles in a magical mansion to uncover the secrets behind a mysterious madman.
These are only three of many titles to look forward to, but because fifty items make for a lengthy list you can see the entirety of the list here.
