Rumors have been circulating for months now concerning a PlayStation 4 version of The Last of Us, and in February Naughty Dog's Creative Director, Neil Druckmann, wrote in a Reddit AMA, “If you’re asking about a sequel…right now I’d say it’s 50/50.”

The likelihood of The Last of Us releasing on the PlayStation 4 now seems probable, but no official press release has been revealed. An image has popped up on the Sony Entertainment Network website of the game's protagonists, Joel and Ellie, with the heading, The Last of Us Remastered.

It appears that The Last of Us Remastered will be available on the PlayStation 4 for day one digital download, priced at $59.99 and is available now for pre-order. As this is published, clicking on the image's link, however, brings viewers nowhere, with no further details about pre-ordering the game.
