Sony Looking to Sell More PS4s This Quarter than the Last

Sony is looking for major growth in the new fiscal year, predicting to sell 20 million PS4 units by April 2017.
In a series of documents released today Sony stated that they are expecting to increase sales by 8.3 percent across all software and hardware sales.
By companions the company sold 17.7 PS4 units, exceeding the 17.5 million forecast. One reason for the massive increase in sale could be the PlayStation VR, which releases this October.
The PS4’s current triple-A release, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, has sold over 2.7 million in its first week.
