BioWare Releases Mass Effect: Andromeda PC Requirements and Weapons Listing

Today BioWare released more information for Mass Effect: Andromeda, this time the PC requirements.

Both minimum and recommended settings are as follow:

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-6350

MEMORY: 8 GB RAM

VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB, AMD Radeon 7850 2GB

HARD DRIVE: At least 55 GB of free space

DIRECTX: DirectX 11

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

MEMORY: 16 GB RAM

VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB, AMD RX 480 4GB

BioWare also released the information for several weapons that the player can use in their exploration of Andromeda.

CARNIFEX

A heavy semi-automatic pistol, the powerful Carnifex was the preferred choice of Milky Way mercenaries. An expensive weapon, its marketing materials featured a charging krogan alongside the tagline “Don’t you wish Carnifex was at your side?”

Many Avengers were acquired for Andromeda Initiative security forces. The sturdy rifle has a reputation for being reliable and easy to use.
