ZeniMax Media Files Injunction to Stop Oculus Sales After Lawsuit
No more Oculus VR, ZeniMax Media is trying to make it happen

After the ZeniMax Media lawsuit against Oculus was settled at $500 million Bethesda's parent company is seeking to stop sales of the Oculus VR headset.
According to the injunction, this would halt sales of Oculus mobile and PC development kits and technology that helps Oculus work with Unreal and Unity game development engines. It's also seeking damages of over $1 billion.
According to Law360:
If the injunction isn't granted, ZeniMax wants a share of "revenues derived from products incorporating its intellectual properties," suggesting a 20 percent cut for at least 10 years. ZeniMax argues the previous settlement of $500 million is "insufficient incentive for [Oculus] to cease infringing."
Stopping sales of development kits would be a massive blow for Oculus. Making it impossible for developers to create and test their games before releasing them. Without Unreal or Unity support, the 2 most widely used gaming engines available to the public, developers would have to switch and learn other engines and making development more taxing.
