Until Dawn Prequel The Inpatient Gets Delayed to Next Year

If you played Resident Evil 7 or The Evil Within 2 chances are you're excited about Until Dawn's prequel The Inpatient. However, the game has been delayed to next year

Supermassive Games had 2 PSVR games in development that were delayed but what was shocking about The Inpatient is that it was supposed to release this Friday on November 17. This was one of the biggest releases for the PSVR for the holiday season and now there's very little reason to purchase the headset unless you really want one. 

However, Supermassive Games hasn't given an official statement regarding the delay. This could be due to technical issues or the studio is waiting for after the holiday season is over. Supermassive just released Hidden Agenda, a new PS4 thriller exclusive to the console, and decided to spread their releases.

The Inpatient is set to release for PS4 and PSVR on January 23, 2018.
