Days Gone Will Be Released in 2018, Sony Confirms

After debuting at E3 2017 Days Gone made a positive impression on the gaming community but left one lingering question: when will it be released? Speculations have been ongoing but Sony confirmed at this year's PSX that the game will release in 2018.

The news comes from Sony Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida who also confirmed that development was progressing well. Not only is the game playable through but developer Sony Bend is working on polishing the game for release.

Yoshida confirmed that the game will feature a weather system that will alter the Freaks, the game's primary enemies, and affect the protagonist's motorcycle.

Days Gone is one of many big Sony exclusives that the company currently has in development that include the soft reboot of God of War, The Last of Us 2,  and Detroit: Become Human.

Days Gone is in development for PS4.
