After announcing they'd step back from LawBreakers a few days ago, BossKey Productions have unveiled their next project. Radical Heights is an 80s-themed Battle Royale shooter that will also feature ridable BMX Bikes. Taking place in a sunny SoCal dome, the title will focus both on mayhem, but also obtaining cash which can be used either to purchase cosmetic items or to get access to weapons early in the match.
Dynamic game show moments, alongside other "really unique twists" will also be part of the experience. A self-published title, Radical Heights launches tomorrow, April 10th, on Steam Early Access and plans to spend about a year before exiting. In regards to the game's initial launch state, the Steam page states the following: "Radical Heights is a work in progress; we are launching in a state that we have branded 'X-Treme” Early Access. The core gameplay experience is complete. However, players should expect to experience placeholder assets in the world including; models, audio, animation, and even entire buildings. We are actively working on improving performance and bringing the level of polish up across the entire experience."
