Outside the Horns of the South

One of the best ways to get this item is to start at the fast travel point for the Horns of the South. Head right outside the gate and walk along the castle wall in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

You will pass by some roses, and just beyond those, you will find Rosemary growing on the ground. If you keep following the path along the wall, you can find even more of it tucked away.
