I'm a Biotic God......fear me
I'm 22, living in Germany and I currently moderate at Bluray.com. Gaming is my life perhaps and I intend to make a career out of it. My biggest inspirations would be Hideo Kojima and Ken Levine. The whole Metal Gear Solid series has been a huge inspiration for me. I think Hideo and Ken both set the standards for how video games should be. They are more than just games, the story behind it, is so great, immersive, you find it easy to get lost in the awesomeness. I just think more games should follow in the footsteps of the greatest minds in video game history right now. Not to say there aren't plenty of good games out, that I love playing. Just in comparison other games are lacking.
I guess you could say I'm a PS3 fanboy. I don't get into console wars or anything like that but the PS3 is everything I need, it's all I play. I tend to play RPG/JRPG/Third person shooters/ Not really big on FPS. There are a few exceptions, Bioshock being the obvious one. It's a FPS but one of my favorite games ever. Call of Duty is where I tend to dislike FPS. I loved Modern Warfare 2 but Black Ops was just okay. I don't see how people do nothing but play COD all day. It blows my mind, when there are so many fantastic games out. No offense,but in my personal opinion, people that only play COD are not gamers. Don't assume I suck at it either because I'm knocking on it. I played a good amount of both, but there are limits and if I spent all the time playing COD, I would miss out on so many fantastic games. /Rant
Luckily us PS3 fanboys got Mass Effect 2 this January and it may have replaced MGS3:Snake Eater as my favorite game. It truly is a fantastic game and I don't see how Red Dead Redemption got GOTY over Mass Effect 2. That truly is a mind blower. Red Dead is good and all but no where near as awesome as Mass Effect 2. I've been taking a break from ME2 though, I've managed to play through 4 times already. Adept is easily my favorite class. Now I'm switching between Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Dead Space 2 and Mass Effect 2. If anybody is interested in playing one hit me up. As I mentioned before, it seems most of my friends are stuck in this Black Ops rut and I have no friends that get outside the bubble and play different games.
That's basically about me. If I learned anything from my experience from other forums, I tend to have a different opinion on everything it seems but I like to talk about it peacefully. My PSN is hotsauce2888 if anyone wants to hit up some Dead Space 2 or Marvel vs. Capcom 3. That's all I got
RDR was a good game and ME2 gave a very tight contest. But I personally think RDR wins it. Without no doubt the margin is very close.

Thanks guys. Not to start anything, more or less to just to satisfy my curiosty. How is Red Dead better than ME2? Pardon the analogy but ME2 is like Red Dead on Crack. Red Dead was great, it had a good storyline, great characters but no where near as deep as Mass Effect 2. Plus the game is occasionly glitchy. I think overall ME2 wins hands down. Has a better storyline, better gameplay, better grapics, phonemonal voice acting(so does RDR...mostly). Plus with 6 different classes, Paragon/Renegade choices, and the choice between male/female leaves a lot of replayability for Mass Effect. Also having the impact of decisions that you make that effect things in this and the next game. If you think RDR was innovative, I don't see how you could't see ME2 is more innovative!
Well, the fight was close and I personally didn't play RDR. It was @David_D who wrote so much about this game and many videos that make me thing it was little better than ME2. @BrunoBRS and @FetusZero has played both and I'm sure they'll have a fair opion. @demoman on the other hand thinks RDR sucks big time.
