Doctor Dominguez has 3 primary abilities. He can teleport, shoot exploding arrows, and swing his melee weapon that sends an energy wave in the direction it was swung. Dominguez will also summon adds in the way of archers and beserkers to kill Lara.
Dominguez should be your priority and you should always be aware of his position. He can teleport and close in for devastating attacks. While you can avoid his gaze by taking to the shadows, stealth attacks are useless.
Depending on the difficulty you've chosen items will be limited but if you have a gun, use it on Dominguez. Enemies will despawn after each hit, with Dominguez calling in new support. The key is to keep shooting Dominguez till the shield comes out and save your bow and arrows for when the adds get too overwhelming.
If you invested in Focus, this will make the battle much easier. Dominguez and his adds have nothing to combat this and you can finish this fight very easily using Focus and an assault rifle.
Doing enough damage will expose Dominguez, with a shield of energy appearing in front of him. Close in for a close-range attack to drain his power. Do this 3 times to win.
