The world of video games based on the lives of bombastic revelations, unexpected surprises and plenty of buzz. Some predictions become reality, while most of the rumors end up being lost in a sea of useless digital news.

Thus, it becomes difficult to filter out what is really a fact than fiction. You've certainly come across this situation: a developer speaks wonders of his game and disseminate images and beautiful videos, however, when the title hits the store shelves the truth is quite different. This is the routine of every videogames fan, constantly filtering out the truth and lie in the gaming world. However, there is a day that makes this work much harder: April 1st.

Every year it's the same thing, a flurry of "news" show the most impressive games ever made. Or worse, offer ideas so believable that end up passing unnoticed by the crap filters to most readers. However, despite all the confusion at the end of the day all these lies yield good laughs. So to make your life easier we have a selection of the main "news" of the day...

In the wake of Starcraft

Without a doubt one of the best "gotchas " of the day came from Blizzard. The developer of Diablo and World of Warcraft Starcraft revealed the return to the consoles and with Kinect support.

Megatransactions in Minecraft

The independent production,  Minecraft also made a joke. The developer took the title update (real) to introduce a new tool (completely untrue), untitled Minecraft Store. With the new store house players can buy and sell  totally useless and unrealistic special items.
