New Batman Blog Hints At New Batman Arkham Game Reveal Soon

For some time now WB Games has been hinted at a new Batman Arkham game from the developers behind Batman Arkham Origins. A logo was revealed back in January and since then nothing. Today, WB Games released a new blog featuring Batman's family.

The blog is a basic summary of Batman's allies such as Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin (Tim Drake), and after the last game Red Hood (Jason Todd). It's a great summary of each of the characters and what role they played in the Arkham series but that's it.

This blog would complement the current rumors that the next game is called Batman Arkham Legacy. With the rumors stating it'll focus on the Court of Owls or Suicide Squad and take place after Batman Arkham Origins. With Batman recruiting Gordon's daughter and the first Robin Dick Grayson. Of course, this could just be a coincidence but why release this blog now? It's been 5 years after Arkham Knight and the article specifically gives a time period of when Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon were recruited.

It's been about 5 years since the release of Batman Arkham Knight and the series has been dormant since then, not including the VR title which served as a link between Batman Arkham City and Batman Arkham Knight. Since then we've learned of a canceled sequel to Arkham Knight that would've starred Damien Wayne taking up the mantle of Batman and the game using the Middle-earth Nemesis system.
