Activision has lifted the veil on their next Call of Duty title, which they announced in advance would be getting revealed today: the game will be, unsurprisingly, a sequel to 2010's Black Ops game from Treyarch.

The trailer, which seems to be bathed in the same goldish filter that Deus Ex: Human Revolution was, depicts what looks to be a massive attack on Los Angeles, both in and out of the city. Soldiers are seen fighting off enemy combatants as well as UAVs whilst the city falls apart. There were also shots of what appeared to be a Cold War setting, as well as horseback riding. So, basically, standard Call of Duty fare.

The game is set for launch on November 13.

  • To tell the truth, I'm not impressed. Not with this lousy trailer.
