Call of Duty: WWII Operation Shamrock and Awe Event Revealed

Sledgehammer teased a special Saint Patty's day event and now it has been confirmed.

Called Operation Shamrock and Awe players can take part on a new map with new weapons. Shipment 1994 is a remake of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's map with the same name for season pass holders, everyone else will have to wait till Friday.

2 new weapons have been added that include the M-38 submachine gun and MG-81 light machine gun. Along with the new weapons are special skins franchised with Saint Patrick's Day in mind.

New reticles, weapon camos, charms, uniforms, emotes, and weapon variants have been permanently added to the game.

PlayStation 4 players can download the new update now while Xbox One and PC players will have to wait.

Call of Duty: WWII is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
