The sales numbers for Quantic Dreams' Beyond: Two Souls was never updated after it was confirmed to reach 1 million sales in 2013. Beyond: Two Souls would go on to come to the PS4 in 2016 but the numbers of those sales were never released. Now, according to Quantic Dream's founder and CEO, Guillaume de Fondaumiere, the game sold 2.8 million copies across both systems.
By comparison, Heavy Rain sold 5 million copies since it launched on the PS3 in 2010, selling 1 million copies in 5 fives, and Detroit: Become Human already hit 1 million sales and is set to becoming Quantic Dreams' most successful title.
Beyond: Two Souls is now available for PS3 and PS4.
