Nintendo Switch Sales Have Passed 34 Million Units

Nintendo's Nintendo Switch has been recovering all the lost traction caused by the underperforming Wii U. With the system selling 34 million units since its launch.

The news comes from Nintendo who stated that 34.74 million units have been sold around the world. Nintendo does predict the Nintendo Switch will sell 18 million units by March 31st, 2020. This due to the release of Pokemon Sword and Shield and Animal Crossing.

Those hoping for a new version of the Nintendo Switch will have to wait. Nintendo has confirmed they have no plans to release any new hardware this year.
