Destroy All Humans! is a cult classic among older gamers. Releasing back in 2005 the series was mostly positive received, with many finding the refreshing take of playing as the alien invader attempting to control humanity. Taking reference from every stereotype about aliens such as anal probing, abducting cows, and mind control. The series would hit a falling out with the third game because of technical issues that would make Fallout 76 feel like a finished product. Since then the series has gone dormant and considered dead when THQ went bankrupt.
For some time, rumors have been spreading that THQ Nordic was planning a new entry in the series and now they've been confirmed. With the series being rebooted for modern audiences.
A trailer was provided, with no gameplay, showcasing the main protagonist Crypto using his various abilities and technological advances to subjugate humans. With E3 2019 on the horizon and a booth dedicated to the game already confirmed, we'll likely see footage during the convention of gameplay.
Currently, Destroy All Humans! is set to release in 2020 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
