007 First Light Guide | How to Enter Through the Fan

Here’s a guide on how to enter through the Fan in 007 First Light.

To progress through the Reach Hyperion mission, you must get past a large glass wall while avoiding a group of waking Androids. You can follow these steps to clear the room and enter the Fan.

Opening the Glass Wall

Look for a Metallic Sphere hanging in the middle of the map. You need to detach it by cutting some cables, but your Watch battery will run out fast. Go to the left and right sides of the room to find Rechargeable Batteries in 007 First Light.

These refill on their own, so you can go back to them if you run out of energy. Use the power to unlock every node on the Metallic Sphere. Once the Sphere is free, press L1 and R1 to roll it over the Androids. Use the Sphere to smash the glass wall to continue forward.

Lowering the Bollards

After breaking the glass, you will see the Fan you need to enter. To get there, you’ll have to drop the Bollards in your way. Head to the staircases located in the back, right, and left sides of the area to activate them.

Work quickly because the Androids will come back, and these new ones have armor. You can use your Watch to strip their armor if they get in your way.

Entering the Fan

Once the Bollards are down, you can use the Metallic Sphere again to destroy obstacles in the room. Remember that using the Sphere to break the Fan will destroy the Sphere permanently in 007 First Light.

If you want to defeat the remaining Androids, do it before you break the Fan. Otherwise, if you are fast enough, you can just run into the Fan and leave the robots behind.
