Sunken Spirit

You will find the Sunken Spirit inside the Sunken Citadel during your time in the Past. This battle is easier if you use moves that cause debuffs on the whole group of enemies.

It is also a good idea to use skills that hit every target at once. Since there are more fights ahead, try to save your HP and MP as much as you can in DRAGON QUEST VII Reimagined.

Gracos

The fight with Gracos also happens in the Sunken Citadel in the Past. You should start by using moves that lower the accuracy of the boss so he misses his attacks.
