Techland's Dying Light: The Beast arrives in the genre to add flavour to the zombie horror genre. This edition features enhanced parkour, survival, and enthralling melee combat, set in the wild, dystopian Castor Woods.

This guide will cover how you can solve the D1 treasure map puzzle.

The D1 treasure map can be found at our river Tower safe house, right beside the river; you'll need to climb on top of the tower to collect the map.

When you open the map, notice that the map leads you to Emil's Brick School area, which is around the villa area of the map. To head inside the school, you'll need to move around the building until you spot a gate with a small window at the bottom right.

Go through the gap (this is the only way of getting inside.)

When you're in the head deeper into the school, when you enter at the main entryway, turn left into the small reception area, you'll notice a safe there which is bound to the treasure map puzzle.

The code from the safe comes from a binary number written on the whiteboard beside it. It translates to 5 40 90. Entering this code should unlock the safe.

Inside, you'll be able to find useful items, and although the treasure map marks the specific place, the school contains additional items, so it's worth exploring all of the sections.
