As The Path to the Greater Heights goes on, you will go through Central Tower 1F by walking along the main road. If you stay on the path, the glowing presence of a Vending Machine will show you where to buy Music Disc #5: Lurking in the Darkness. Before the chest becomes accessible, eliminate the hostile Byobapolis and the lurking Cerulean Drake in this vicinity. Once the threats are neutralized, use the grapple point on the scaffolding to reach the Magician's Bracelet.
