While exploring the floors in Kletka, you will come across many different items. Some of these items help you defend yourself, while others help you attack enemies. You will also encounter items that support movement, survival, or exploration. The game also includes a crafting system, allowing certain items to be combined or used together to create something useful.

At the bottom center of your screen, you will see your inventory slots. At the start of the game, you only have three slots available. These slots are labeled 1, 2, and 3. Each slot can hold one item that you can quickly access while playing.

As the run continues, you may find Backpacks. A Backpack is a special item that expands your inventory space. Using a Backpack unlocks additional item slots. This item can only be used once, but it permanently increases the number of items you can carry during that run.

With enough Backpacks, you can increase your inventory until you have nine available slots. This larger inventory allows you to carry more tools, weapons, and resources at the same time. As more slots open, you can switch between them using the number keys on your keyboard. Pressing the number that matches the slot will equip that item immediately. This system helps you react quickly to enemies, traps, and unexpected situations.

Managing your inventory becomes an important part of surviving deeper floors. Choosing which items to carry and when to use them can make a big difference during the run.

Weapons and Item Actions

Many items in Kletka have direct actions that can be used during gameplay. When you equip a melee weapon, pressing the attack button allows you to strike enemies. These attacks help you defend yourself while exploring dangerous areas.

However, melee weapons do not last forever. Each weapon has Durability, which means it becomes weaker as you keep using it. After enough hits, the weapon can break and become unusable. Because of this system, you should pay attention to how often you use your weapon and avoid wasting durability when it is not necessary.

Some weapons may also receive Elemental Effects. These effects add extra properties to the weapon, which can change how it works in combat. Depending on the weapon, this may improve its effectiveness against certain enemies.

Not every item is meant for combat. Some items are used for special actions or specific tasks during the run. These items may interact with the environment, activate certain systems, or provide support to the team. Understanding what each item does will help you decide when to use it.

The Kletka Elevator as Your Base

The Kletka Elevator is more than just a way to move between floors. It acts as your main base during the entire run. The name Kletka refers to this elevator itself, which behaves like a living system that the team must maintain.

Throughout the game, you will return to the Kletka Elevator many times. It serves as the central location where players regroup, prepare, and decide their next move. Because you always return here before descending further, it becomes the safest and most familiar place during the run.

Inside the Kletka Elevator, you will find a few interactive features. One of these is the Music Player. While exploring different floors, you may discover Cassettes. These Cassettes can be inserted into the Music Player inside the elevator.

Once a Cassette is placed inside the Music Player, you can turn the music on and switch between stations. At first, this may seem like a simple feature, but it can actually help during exploration. Many floors in the Giga Structure are large and confusing. When this happens, the sound of music playing from the Kletka Elevator can help you find your way back.

If you hear the music as you move through hallways or rooms, you are getting closer to the Kletka Elevator. This can be helpful when you are trying to return quickly or when the map layout becomes difficult to remember.

The Kletka Elevator is also the place where you move to the next level. Once the team is ready, you return to the elevator and prepare for the next descent deeper into the Giga Structure.

Progression and Game Pressure Systems

Kletka includes several systems that push players to keep moving forward. These systems act as pressure mechanics that prevent players from staying in one area for too long.

During exploration, these mechanics appear on your screen and influence how the run progresses. They encourage players to keep descending rather than spending too much time searching a single floor.

Because of this design, players must balance exploration with progress. You need to gather resources, find useful items, and avoid dangers, but you also need to know when to return to the Kletka Elevator.

Understanding these pressure systems helps you manage your time on each floor. If you stay too long, the situation may become more dangerous. If you leave too early, you may miss useful resources. Learning how to balance these decisions is an important part of surviving longer runs in Kletka.

By managing items, expanding your inventory, maintaining your weapons, and using the Kletka Elevator as your base, you can move through the Giga Structure with better control and continue progressing deeper into the game.
