The Secret Ending in Mina the Hollower is tied to a Sinless Mina run, where Baron Lionel cannot accuse Mina of any wrongdoing during the dinner scene. Instead of turning the room against her, Lionel changes the conversation and offers Mina a place beside him.

This ending is not a standard “good ending.” It is a hidden alternate result that plays only if Mina reaches the dinner with a clean record and then accepts Lionel’s offer.
The Final Dinner Choice
The key scene happens at Baron Lionel’s dinner. In a normal run, the guests list Mina’s actions across Tenebrous Isle, turning her into the target of the crowd. In a Sinless Mina route, those accusations do not happen. Lionel recognizes that Mina has committed none of the wrongs he expected to expose.
When Lionel offers Mina a chance to join him, the choice matters. Refusing continues toward the normal ending route. Accepting his offer triggers the hidden ending and skips the usual final dungeon and boss sequence.
What Changes in the Secret Ending
After Mina accepts, the game cuts away from the standard endgame structure. Instead of fighting through the final stretch, Mina leaves with Lionel. The ending shows them departing Tenebrous Isle together by boat, followed by a Deed of Tenebrous that confirms Lionel’s control over the island.

The result is deliberately uncomfortable. Mina avoids small sins across the run, but the final choice aligns her with Lionel and leaves Tenebrous Isle in a worse position. That is why many fans treat the Sinless Mina ending as a secret bad ending rather than a true heroic route.
Why This Ending Is Hard to See
The route requires you to avoid tiny actions the game quietly tracks. Breaking candles, using the train too often, repairing the Hollower’s Guild, completing certain side quests, fighting optional bosses, or harming NPCs can all ruin the setup. At the same time, you still need to complete required good deeds such as helping Cappy, saving the children in Septemburg, and giving Bones to every beggar.
Because one mistake can send the run back to the normal outcome, the Sinless Mina ending is best attempted after a full playthrough, when the map, bosses, and side routes are already familiar.
