When you get back to your headquarters after doing a few things, you might see a new mission called Bang. This quest sends you into the back streets to find a certain person.

Starting the Quest

The first thing you need to do is find a Note that was left for you at your base. You can find this on the wall right next to where you spawn in. Read the message to begin the quest. Your next objective will be to track down a character named Tammy.

Finding the Hidden Location

Finding Tammy can be tough because they stay in a spot that is tucked away. To get there, walk out of your main office and head toward the center of the street. Look for an alleyway off to the side. Behind this alley, you will find a Door that leads down to a basement area.

This entrance only opens up after you have finished the first few main story missions. If you already have the Bang quest in your log, the path should be open for you.

Simply go through the door and speak to Tammy. For any future missions that require a meeting, you can find them waiting in this same underground spot.
