Mullet MadJack Guide | Best Upgrades To Pick First

Use the right upgrades to protect the timer and make dangerous rooms easier.

Upgrades in Mullet MadJack matter because each floor gives only a small window to stay alive. A strong upgrade does not just add damage. It helps you recover from mistakes, extend the timer, or clear a room before it becomes messy. The safest picks are the ones that work in many situations instead of only helping one weapon.

Timer And Survival Upgrades

Lollipop is one of the cleanest upgrades because it gives an extra second. That sounds small, but one extra second can be the difference between reaching the next enemy and losing the run. Plot Armor is also valuable because it gives breathing room when health gets low. It helps you react instead of panic during crowded fights.

Damage And Room-Control Upgrades

Soda Grenade is useful because a thrown Soda Can can turn into a room-clearing tool. It is not always guaranteed, but when it triggers, it can refill momentum instantly. Akimbo Soda is another strong choice because it can turn a soda pickup into a short burst of heavy firepower.

When enemies are piled on top of each other and the screen gets hard to read, these upgrades help. For bosses, safer upgrades are usually better than stylish ones.

Boss Killer, Critical Hit, Slow Motion, and Toxic Smell are all good choices because they help with damage, reactions, and survival. If the arena has hazards, upgrades like Antiacid or Lava Boots can be much more useful than just raw damage.
