You can find Houndoom in Wild Zone 6, where it appears as a red-eyed Alpha Pokémon at Level 32 or higher. It usually rests in the middle of the zone, making it easy to locate once you explore the area in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

Another place where you can encounter Houndoom is Lysandre Labs, which becomes accessible during Main Mission 35: Reaching Rank A.

If you prefer to evolve one instead of catching it in the wild, you can raise a Houndour to Level 24, at which point it will develop into Houndoom.
