In Stellar Blade, collecting Body Cores is critical to raising Eve's maximum health. Each set of three Body Cores immediately increases her HP; therefore, it's worth the effort to find them. This guide will help you locate all of the Body Cores in the Spire 4 region.

Body Core #1: Dam Area

Once you’ve passed through the main entrance door into the Orca Space Complex, continue down the initial corridor.
At the end of this hallway, you’ll find a staircase leading upwards—take it.
At the end of the upper walkway, in a small area with shallow standing water, there’s a human corpse lying in the corner.
Interact with it to collect the First Body Core.

In the conveyor belt and laser trap section, continue progressing until you reach a fast-moving upward conveyor belt.
Ride it all the way up.
Just as you reach the top, drop off the edge and immediately turn around (180°).
There’s a ledge just beneath the upper platform, and on it lies a corpse with the Second Body Core.

Body Core #3: Raphael Space Center

After unlocking Gate 2 using the passcode inside the Raphael Space Centre, enter the gated area.
Look around the middle of the room, where you'll find a cluster of contaminated crates—large glowing boxes emitting warning signals.
Near these crates lies a body slumped over the floor, holding the Third Body Core.

Take the Cargo Lift 121 upward until you reach the top level.
Exit through the nearby door and turn left toward a staircase.
Walk up the stairs, but instead of continuing left at the top, look for a lift shaft directly beneath the staircase.
Take the lift down, then look under the stair platform—there’s a human body hidden beneath the steps.
Loot it for the Fourth Body Core.
