SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide Guide | Jellyfish Fields All Chests

This guide walks you through every Chest found in the Jellyfish Fields level of SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans Of The Tide. There are 25 Chests in total. None of them are missable, and you can always return to the level later using the map menu to collect anything you missed. 

Follow the steps below in order to locate each chest while progressing naturally through the level.

Chest Locations in Jellyfish Fields

Chest #1

You find this chest on top of a large rock formation at the back-left side of the first open area. Look for holes in the left corner of this area and use them to reach a series of platforms. Follow these platforms upward to reach the chest.

Chest #2

In the far-left corner of the starting field, place two Stone Faces into their slots to spawn the chest. One stone face is located near a rock on the right side when facing the start of the level. The second one is hidden under the rock where you found the previous chest.

Chest #3

On the left side of the first open field, destroy the floating boxes surrounding a rock. Once all boxes are cleared, the chest appears.

Chest #4

Near the far-right side of the first open field, you notice coins arranged in a spiral pattern on the ground. Collect all the coins to make the chest spawn.

Chest #5

Defeat the group of Ghosts located on the right side of the starting field. Once all enemies are defeated, the chest appears.

Chest #6

Head to the far-right side of the first open field and use platforms along with a Balloon to reach a gate. Go underneath it to enter a cave. Inside, you must place two Stone Faces. One is inside a rock within the cave, which you can access by carrying the Lantern and turning it Blue to remove the rock. The second stone face requires positioning the lantern near the upper gate and an outside area to access it.

Chest #7

After leaving the open field, you enter a new area with transparent green platforms. Beneath the first set of these platforms, hit the Lantern to reveal the chest.

Chest #8

As you begin climbing the mountain, you encounter Ghosts and a Jellyfish Enemy. In this same area, look behind the frozen waterfall to find the chest.

Chest #9

Continue climbing until you reach a Fan that must be stopped using a Bubble, with a Jump Pad behind it. Use the jump pad to reach a small platform on the right, next to a yellow Balloon, where the chest is located.

Chest #10

After fighting another group of Ghosts, take the path on the right. If this is your first visit, this is the only available route. Jump across several platforms, then change the color of the Lantern and follow the platforms on the right until you reach the chest at the end.

Chest #11

Immediately after the previous chest, at the bottom of the mountain, grab the Lantern and head right. Revealing the hidden switch grants access to the chest.

Chest #12

Continue along the path and climb the mountain using Patrick to carry a Lantern. Once at the top, look to your left to find the chest.

Chest #13

At the top of the mountain, use the Boulder to enter the mines area. As soon as you land, turn around to find the chest behind you.

Chest #14

Still inside the mines area, climb onto the Boulder and jump to the platforms on the left. Use Patrick to reach the chest. You cannot collect this chest during your first playthrough of the level.

Chest #15

Move into the next room filled with Lava, where you originally activated three switches as SpongeBob. Take the left path and use Patrick to extend a platform. Climb up and follow the path to the end to reach the chest.

Chest #16

Return to the lava room and take the right-side path. Use Patrick to extend the platform at the end, allowing you to reach the chest.

Chest #17

At the end of the same right-side lava path, ride a Boulder to the end and knock over the panel there to reveal the chest.

Chest #18

Keep going through the area with lava until you find the door that goes back outside. Before you leave, go to a set of round rock platforms by taking the path on the right and following it. Wait for a stalactite to land on the lowest level. Then, you can climb up to the chest.

Chest #19

In that same general area, find a gate that is low enough that Patrick can crawl under it. The chest is there to be opened.

Chest #20

After the mines, you should jump across a bunch of platforms to get to a place where there are strong wind gusts and a Ghost Jellyfish enemy. The chest is in front of the jellyfish.

Chest #21

Continue climbing the mountain until you see a narrow icy path with swinging Anchors on the right. Carefully follow this path to find the chest on the other side.

Chest #22

After completing a small Mine Cart Puzzle, you enter a 2D climbing section. Once you reach the top, look to your left to find the chest.

Chest #23

You receive this chest automatically after defeating the Boss at the end of the level.

Chest #24

Complete the Meadow Race, which starts by speaking to the NPC located on the far-right side of the first open field.

Chest #25

Finish the Mountain Race to obtain this chest. You can start it just after leaving the first open field by jumping across platforms and rocks until you reach the NPC. This race only becomes available after defeating the level’s Boss.
