This is inside Charlotte's store. When you can explore Haven you'll find her store, it's the one with the mural down on the side of the building where Riley is sitting. When inside the gummies can be found in the next room on the right side from entering.

This is found in Elenor's flower shop. The store is at the end of the road right before you turn the corner. The T-shirt is on the left side inside the cabinet.
