Mega Crit Games has announced that their incredible roguelike deck building game, Slay the Spire, will be launching for iOS very soon. While they haven’t provided a specific release date, they did indicate that one is on the way shortly.
They added that anyone who tunes into the Guerrilla Collective Show on June 6 will probably find out some further information as well.
When it comes to the Android version of the game, Mega Crit Games says that they’re still working on it. They explained that a huge chunk of their community wants to enjoy Slay the Spire on mobile devices, so they took the plunge to develop for iOS first.
The all-important question for this new version of the game is of course the cost. Slay the Spire will be priced at $9.99. This is a fair price considering how much content the game has to offer. There’s scope for almost endless replayability, and being able to take on new runs on-the-go is an unprecedented feature that’s sure to boost the game’s reputation.
