Necropolis was supposed to come out next month, however, the Studio Head, Mitch Gitelman took to the game's Steam forum to explain that things would be different. The game will now be released for PC and current generation consoles, with Harebrained Schemes self-publishing the PC version while BANDAI NAMCO will step in to take care of the intricacies that predate a console release.
With this, they will also release all three versions simultaneously, due to them not wanting the console launch shifting away their focus from the PC launch. A release date will be provided once everything is ready. We were very eager to play Necropolis which seems to be quite the departure from the studio's previous projects, however, if the summer launch will come with a more polished version of the game, the wait may just be worth it.
