Code Vein Delayed to 2019 to "Exceed Expectations"
Bandai Namco decided to delay Code Vein to ensure the best experience

Those hoping to dive into the world of Code Vein this September will have to wait longer. Bandai Namco has delayed the game until 2019.
No new release date was provided but Bandai Namco Entertainment America Vice President of Marketing Eric Hartness stated in a press release with a comment explaining the decision.
“CODE VEIN has received an enormous amount of positive feedback from eager fans who have received hands-on time with in-development versions of the game over the past nine months. Armed with knowledge of how well the game has already been received, we made the decision to postpone the release of CODE VEIN to further refine its gameplay in an effort to exceed the expectations fans already have of the title. It was a difficult decision to make, but we feel it is the correct one.”
This will surely disappoint fans, including myself, but considering that a lot of fans have tried the game at various conventions Bandai Namco has had significant time to test Code Vein. I would prefer a delayed game instead of a rushed project.
Code Vein was originally going to launch on September 28th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
