Johnny Cage has been part of the Mortal Kombat franchise since the beginning and will return to the arena in Mortal Kombat 11.
The confirmation was made by a trailer uploaded by IGN where Johnny showcases his movie star training, magical powers, and introduces his opponents to his Oscars. The move showcase ends with Johnny's Fatality, which showcases his uppercutting the opponent repeatedly until he gets the head off.
IGN reported that more will be featured at NetherRealm's livestream set for 1 pm PT and 4 pm EST. Johnny Cage will be joined by Jade, D'Vorah, Geras and Kano.
Mortal Kombat 11 is launching for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on April 23.
