Alan Wake 2 Confirmed, Remedy's First Survival-Horror Game

After the release of Control's AWL expansion and Remedy purchasing the rights to Alan Wake, many assumed that a sequel will finally come and now it's happening. With Alan Wake 2 coming this 2023.

Unlike the previous game, this is a true survival-horror title as opposed to action horror. It'll come to Xbox Series and PS5 but on PC through Epic Games Store. This is because Epic Games is publishing the game.

The trailer showcases that Bright Falls will be a setting but likely in the twisted darkness as Alan is drenched in water and makes hints of a monster before a blood Alan is shown. While many will assume this is Mr. Scratch he died in the events of Alan Wake American Nightmare so this could be something entirely different or Alan falling into madness.

Alan Wake Remaster is now available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC.
