Liars and Cheats moseying in

Rockstar has lifted the veil from its upcoming Red Dead Redemption DLC, the "Liars & Cheats" pack.

Included in the pack are multiplayer table games like Liar's Dice and poker, the "exploding rifle," four hunting grounds, seven gang hideouts, 15 new multiplayer characters, horse racing and a new multiplayer mode called Stronghold.

It's worth noting what was initially set to be in the "Free Roam" DLC, intended to be a free download, has been included in the "Liars & Cheats" pack. 

"The Free Roam Pack was originally planned as a free download," Rockstar wrote in its press release. "But due to the platform networks’ restrictions on numbers of free packs we can give away," they chose to bulk up the "Liars & Cheats" pack instead.

This certainly won't be the last DLC for Red Dead, as the "Undead Nightmare" pack, complete with zombies, arrives on virtual shelves in the coming months.

You can find the "Liars & Cheats" pack on Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network Sept. 21 for 800 Microsoft points or $10.
