The reveal was made on Twitter and features what you would expect from Hell's gates. Pentagrams, lots of fire, and gothic architecture. It definitely looks evil and something the Doom Slayer would walk right into.

Doom Eternal takes place after the events of Doom 2016. With Hell's portal now open on Earth and the entire planet invaded by hordes of demons. It's up to the player to send the demons back to where they came from by force.

Doom Eternal is in development for PS4, Xbox One, PC, Switch, and Google Stadia.
