A Programmer from the Hello Games team behind No Man's Sky has come public about how the PS5 Pro's development process is simple enough that even smaller studios can use it, which means that more games will be able to receive improved support. Martin Griffiths, the Engine Programmer of No Man's Sky, posted on Twitter that Sony has simplified the process so that even the smallest indie studios won't have a hard time preparing their games for the PS5 Pro.

Martin also spoke highly of the PS5 Pro's enhanced performance, highlighting its superiority for games that use unlocked framerates and dynamic resolution scaling. He also stated that the PS5 Pro's Spectral Super Resolution technology would someday be incorporated into higher-fidelity graphics advancements. Since this is coming from a team that worked on a game heavily praised for its visual enhancements, this is exciting news for fans who want to play all the PlayStation games in Graphics/Resolution mode.

This could indicate that Hello Games is exploring this feature and could make a similar game like No Man's Sky, which could be used in their future games with even more powerful graphics. According to Martin, they are currently testing and working on two games that will be available on PS5 Pro during launch. One will get an improved patch, and the other will come pre-installed with all the necessary features since many still complain about graphic and loading issues with the PS5 version after 5.0, even though the update 5.11 resolved several of the issues, but the game still isn't without issues.

While we already know that Sony might switch to ARM processors for the PS6 from AMD ones, the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution technology is what makes things even more exciting. The Spectral Super Resolution tech might turn out to be crucial as it's user-friendly for developers of all ranges and can tap into all the capabilities without adding unnecessary processes that might complicate the development cycle or make it so scary that developers won't even try. So even though the PS5 Pro price reveal didn't please a lot of PlayStation fans, those looking to buy the PS5 Pro might eventually be happy, given that it will provide the finest possible experience for both developers and them.

However, the PS5 Pro will not be getting any new games at the moment, apart from the list of PS5 Pro games revealed earlier, which now includes No Man's Sky.
