Today marks the launch for the next DLC package for Shadow of the Tomb Raider called The Pillar. In celebration, Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have released a new trailer providing a summary of what players can expect from the DLC.

The Pillar will bring Lara into the shadows as she searches for a new powerful item, the Shield of the Age-Maker. This item has incredible power and to retrieve it she must survive several trials before Trinity can.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It's coming to Mac and Linux next year. Check out our review here.
