Gameplay: 4/5 Great
You can roam freely around the city, with missions only activating when you visit the appropriate person or when you give
them a call.  In free roam you can do pretty much anything you like, steal a car or visit the hot dog stand, it's all up to you.

Free roam let's you do what you want, when you want.  From choosing a car to jack from mugging the old lady, it's all up
to you how you like to spend your freedom.

The police:
Any person that gets seen committing a crime will gain a star wanted level.  The higher the star level  the more police will
enter the pursuit.  Higher star levels represents a more punishable crime.  Helicopters, hummers and even tanks will be
called into the pursuit.  Police officers will ram your vehicle

Persons that gets seen committing a crime will gain a star wanted level according to how serious the crime is.  Police will
then chase down the criminal, the more stars a person has the more backup the police will call in to join the pursuit.  A
higher star wanted level will result in more squad cars, helicopters, special forces etc.

By committing a crime you will gain a wanted level, according to this level the police will set up a search radius.  The more
stars the bigger the search radius and the harder it is to escape.  To lose your wanted level you will have outrun the
police and escape the search radius to successfully lose your wanted level.

Graphics: 4.5/5 Great
GTA IV features some stunning graphical effects and physics.  The only let-down is that you need a pretty good system to
run the game properly.  Luckily the new patch features some extra graphical settings.

Music & sound: 5/5 Excellent
The awesome graphics and gameplay is complemented with a variety of different tracks played over the radio and sound
effects into the finest detail, from a loud bang from hitting a wall or the silent cling of a bullet case dropping to the ground,
it's all there.

Independence FM:
Independence FM allows user to pick their own music to get played on the radio by locating it in the appropriate folder.
Several play modes include sequential, shuffle and radio.  In sequential mode the songs will be played in the order they
were placed in the folder, shuffle will randomly play through the songs and radio will play through the songs randomly with
adverts and DJ banter between tracks.

Final score:  92.5%
