Assassin's Creed Mirage Guide | How to Play Valley of Memory DLC

Here’s how you can access the Valley of Memory DLC.

The Assassin's Creed Mirage DLC was definitely a surprise done right by Ubisoft Bordeaux. The Valley of Memory DLC features new parkour mechanics and intricate storytelling in the newly featured city, the City of AlUla.

It's pretty simple to access the Valley of Memory DLC in Assassin's Creed Mirage once you've progressed enough through the main story of the game.

It becomes available through the Investigation board and not through a separate menu. Before even checking for the DLC quests, you will need to make sure that you've progressed far enough through the base game so that the latter segments properly unlock.

To access the Valley of Memory DLC, you'll need to have initiated the Head of the Snake main quest. You could also attempt the DLC after the full completion of the main story. Doing so will unlock the DLC the next time you load the game. 

Upon loading back into the game and opening the Investigation Board, there will be a new label that says "Case Unveiled" with an undiscovered case attached. The quest involves Dervis, who seems to be looking for help. Initiating the AlUla Valley of Memory storyline.

After tracking the quest, head to Dervis’s location and speak to him. There will be a short cutscene, and during the scene, you will have two options to pick from.

One of them is to go to AlUla, and the other one is to stay. Selecting Go To AlUla marks the first entry point for starting the DLC. 

After which, you'll have access to new quests, characters, and story events that are tied to the brand new DLC expansion.
