Assassin's Creed Mirage: Valley of Memory Guide | All Folktale Locations – Once Upon A Time

The new Assassin's Creed Mirage DLC, The Valley of Memory, features a set of collectibles called Folktales. Each of these Folktales is tied to a short story set in AlUla.

To have access to these stories, you'll need to look for benches to sit on. They can be easy to miss, but completing them will tie to the game's completion. 

The challenge of finding all of the Folktale benches isn't difficult, but at times, they can blend into the environment. This guide will point out the locations, making it easier to progress. 

AlUla Oasis

You'll be able to find the first folktale located in AlUla Oasis. When you're at the oasis, you'll want to look for a lone bench that is adjacent to the water. 

It will be on the pathway where there are a bunch of broken walls.

You'll want to sit through the entire story to make sure that it registers.

AlUla Folktake

Following the location on the map, the bench will sit close to the fountain area beside the pathway.

It is here that the storyteller discusses the tale of Zarqa al-Yamama.

Northern Wilds Folktale #1

The Northern Wilds region of the map consists of two Folktales. 

The first tale can be found underneath a mountain where there's a vendor who sells from a green-roofed tent. The tale can be found beside the vendor, underneath the tree.

Northern Wolf's Folktale #2

The second Folktales will be located more in the central desert valley side, where there will be a small outpost with a camp beside a rock.

Hegra Folktale

The final folktale can be found around the northeastern side of Hegra, where there will be an open cave with a bunch of candles lit inside.

With these five benches found, you'll have access to every folktale in the Assassin's Creed: Mirage Valley of Memory DLC, and you will be one step closer to finishing the expansion.
