It’s important that you use the right loadout for your weapon to best utilize it in Battlefield 6. This guide will cover the best way you can set up the M2010 ESR to make sniping faster and deadlier.

For the optic, the 6X tends to feel a bit too zoomed in and also reduces your peripheral vision. I would recommend using the 4X or 5X for a better balance.

When combined with the AG coating, it becomes even more effective as it reduces the amount of sniper glint you show, making you less visible.

For the accessory, your best bet is the rangefinder, as it will help measure the distance from you and the target so that you can calculate the bullet drop intuitively. This is particularly useful, especially when you’re fighting enemies at extremely long ranges.

The tungsten core ammo is probably the best ammo type as it will increase bullet penetration whilst still having great bullet speed.

There is a slight compromise with your recoil, but it’s negligible when you consider that this sniper is a bolt-action.

It does reduce the area's movement speed, so I’d recommend not using it for fast-paced combat.

And for the bolt attachment, I would recommend using the DLC bolt, which will allow you to bolt whilst ADS-ing, which is pretty neat.

For the barrel and grip selection, the 26-inch carbon barrel is probably the best for snipers as it gives you faster ADS speed while being cheaper compared to the other options, and for the under-barrel grip, the low-profile stubby is also great at boosting ADS speed. The only thing I would not recommend is the angled grip.

If you’re aiming for a more stealth build, then I’d keep everything but change the rangefinder for a suppressor.

Optimizing the sniper loadout is also up to how you play; the combination of all range, speed, and stealth is a big factor for you to consider when configuring the M2010 ESR.
