Randal the Vandal can be found in the Cosmodrome in Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph DLC. You need to kill him to get the triumph. First, open your map. Choose the Cosmodrome and land at Skywatch.

Reaching the Forgotten Shore

Once you spawn, walk into the building. Go down through the caves. Keep moving forward until you get outside. You will see the coast. This area is the Forgotten Shore. You will know it by the old, broken ships in the water in Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph DLC.

Finding and Fighting Randal

Drive your sparrow past the first two ships. Go to the right side of the shore near the rocks. Climb up so you can see better.

Look for a Vandal walking around. Check his health bar. It will say "Randal the Vandal" right above it. He has a lot of health for a normal enemy in Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph DLC.

Shoot him with your heavy weapons or use your super. He takes a bit of time to kill, but you can do it alone. The triumph unlocks as soon as he dies.
