Reaching the Deep Docks

You need to travel through the Hunter's March area. Proceed all the way to the right side of this region. You will pass through several connecting areas until you eventually reach the Deep Docks.

A key reference point for knowing you are in the correct part of the Deep Docks is a rest area featuring elevators.

Finding the Cartographer

From this rest area with elevators, you can head left to connect to The Marrow via a sideways elevator. Once you are in the adjacent area, drop down. You will find a cartographer NPC at this location.
