Old Man Who Lost His Key

When you reach the parking area of South Cirrus Hospital, you will see an Old Man looking at the ground. Speak to him, and he will mention that he misplaced his Key somewhere close by but cannot recall where he dropped it. From there, head across the parking lot toward the vending machine on the far side. Interact with that spot to pick up the Key. Once you have it, return to the Old Man and hand it back to complete the quest.

The Fake Cop Of South Cirrus

Start this quest by talking to the Police Officer stationed outside South Cirrus Hospital. After the conversation, go to Seaside Park. Another Cop NPC will be waiting there. Approach and speak with him, and you will be placed into a battle automatically. After winning the battle, return to the first Police Officer near the hospital to finish the quest.
