The Enhanced Intellect Potion in Little Witch in the Woods is a special potion that temporarily boosts Ellie’s intelligence.

Deciphering the Memo

To begin, after locating the unreadable memo found earlier in the game, you can take it to Diane so she can attempt to translate the ancient witch language. However, it is revealed that, unfortunately, she has forgotten much of her training and is unable to translate it.

Instead, she offers the Enhanced Intellect Potion recipe for 10 Luna Coins. If you don't have enough Luna Coins available, you can complete delivery tasks for Diane to earn more.

Getting the Roaster Handle

The roaster needs to work before brewing the potion. You can purchase the roaster handle from Aria for 150 Luna Coins. If you don't have enough Luna coins, deliveries for Aria can also help earn coins.

Ingredients Needed

You need Dried Pumpkin Terrier Fur and Bird Flower Water for the recipe of the Enhanced Intellect Potion.

Collecting Bird Flowers

You can sometimes find Bird Flowers in the wild, but the first set comes from Diane after she asks for help testing the Nutrition Potion. Bird Flowers are the small yellow flowers collected after using the potion on the caged bird's head.

Collecting Pumpkin Terrier Fur

Pumpkin Terriers are the small vine-covered creatures that hop around the forest. Start by entering them with the Quill in the Witch's Encyclopedia.

Make a Weed Terminator Potion and throw it at a Pumpkin Terrier to make it shed its vines, then it will drop four tufts of fur, which you will need.

Preparing the Ingredients

To make Bird Flowers, put four Bird Flowers into the extractor. Next, place the Pumpkin Terrier Fur into the roaster to turn it into Dried Pumpkin Terrier Fur.
